Morning Dew and the Rose Bush

My Thoughtful Thursday post is a day late because we went on an actual, real, honest-to-goodness vacation with our children this week on spring break. Curtis had to go to Houston on business so we tagged along. I’ll try to post photos from our adventure next week but since we didn’t get in until late last night, I wanted to share something else today.

Monday while I was shooting for my macro theme, I saw that our rose bush was in full bloom. And it was covered in dew. Perfect, tiny dew drops blanketed every blossom and bud. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. So of course I had to capture it. Enjoy.

Remember to look around when you are doing a required task, especially if you are pressed for time and stressed. You never know what beauty you mind find right in your own backyard. Thanks for looking!
