365 in 52 [2013] ~ Week Forty-Nine

Getting this posted a day late… and that’s about how far behind I’m running in my life. Tis the season, eh? Let’s see, this past week we celebrated Jenny’s 22nd birthday, saw Frozen in the theater, and I battled with my iMac… I think it’s on its last legs. Getting a lot done though, just slowly!

Day 337 ~ My Anniversary Tree

Woke up this morning to thick, white fog. My anniversary tree was in full autumnal glory and looked surreal in the fog. Curtis gave this tree to me as a sapling on our first wedding anniversary. Now look at it… 15 years later and it’s more beautiful than ever.

Day 338 ~ A Beautiful Day

It was warm (finally!), the kids were getting along and playing with each other… what more could I ask? Counting my blessings…

Day 340 ~ Happy 22nd, Angel

My baby girl turned 22 today. Time really does go by faster the older you get. I can hardly believe Jenny is 22 years old. I have watched her blossom into an independent adult this year and can’t wait to watch her graduate from college and get married next year. I am a proud momma!

Day 341 ~ Frozen

Have you ever seen such joy??? Anna loves going to the movies, but she didn’t use to like it. I love watching her reaction even more than watching the movie. BTW, Frozen was adorable. An old-style Disney princess movie with lots of ballads and teary-eyed moments. Loved it!

Day 341 ~ A Frozen Treat for a Frozen Day

We saw the movie Frozen, it was freezing outside, so why not get some delicious froyo at our favorite spot, The Front Porch? Yumm… they had chocolate mint! I put pecans, sugar-free chocolate syrup, and a hint of Andes mints. Oh my.
