The My Four Hens Project 52 theme this week is fatherhood! I wasn’t sure we were going to get an image this week… Curtis got really sick last week and ended up in the ER with gallstones. He was admitted to the hospital Monday evening, had his gall bladder removed Tuesday, and got home Wednesday. Poor guy, he’s been really tired and still quite nauseous… so we’ve pretty much left him alone in terms of dad duties. Tonight he was feeling good enough to read Dominic his bedtime story so they let me get a few photos. Curtis loves reading from the iPad. With his bad eyes, he can make the font large enough to see and Dominic likes following along too. They are currently reading The Red Pyramid (Kane Chronicles, Book One) by Rick Riordan.
