The My Four Hens Project 52 theme this week is dream! Yesterday was the last day of school for my littles which means it’s time to dream about our summer time activities. What’s more fun than running through a sprinkler as the sun begins to descend in the sky? I have so many memories of being a little kid playing in the sprinkler in the front yard… the screech of shock as the cold water hits your back, the anticipation of the ice cream truck making its way down the street, cherry-stained lips from melting popsicles. That particular dream is going to have to wait for a bit though… Anna was out sick the entire last week of school and Dominic started running a fever today. The kids spent more of May home than they did in school. It will be nice to have a break from the germs at school, that’s for sure. Here’s to dreaming… summer is waiting.
